Rocky mountain oysters r they good eats? How do you prepare them and describe there basic flavor profile.?

Do they also come from sheep? Are they even worth trying.

I’m planning a dinner party charity event, the menu completly of unusual ingrediants. Answer if you know and any suggestions if you have them would be appreciated. I’ve got to prepare and taste each course. Thank You

    1. Rocky mountain oysters are hog testicles.You buy them frozen.When they are thawed enough to seperate,cut the membrane just enough to peel it off.Then you want to slice them in about one quarter inch slices and soak them in salt water over night. This will pull the blood from the meat. rinse the meat in fresh water several times .I use golden dipt breading and deep fry them. When a few of them start to float,they are ready to place on a platter. They taste like tenderloin….
